The Stack

Designed by Gluck+, The Stack addresses the need for moderate-income housing in Manhattan through the alternative method of offsite construction. By finding opportunity on a small, challenging urban site, The Stack modules were designed to optimize the site’s geometry. In many cases, units and rooms spanned multiple modular sections. 28 apartments are a mix of Studios, 1 Bedroom, 2 Bedroom, and 3 Bedroom residences. Each residence features large windows, stainless-steel appliances including microwaves, Corian countertops, and large closets. 100% Leased in 2015.
