64 Greenwich Avenue 100% Leased

I started leasing 64 Greenwich Ave in early April. Overall leasing took about 3 weeks to complete. A boutique development delivering a set of units to the incredibly tight Greenwich Village rental market. Finishes included a wonderfully appointed kitchen featuring an appliance set from Bosch, Caesarstone countertops and distinct solid wood cabinets from StarMark. High end touches don’t finish at the kitchen, the bathroom features Toto and Kohler fixtures and plumbing. Each unit has its own Bosch washer/dryer and a modern Mitsubishi HVAC system. Leased for $150 per square foot in May 2026.
